1. Electronics – We can’t live without our electronics and they are handled by the whole family. Due to their frequent use they can contain thousands of bacteria. Regularly sanitizing remotes, game controllers, keyboards, and phones is recommended to reduce bacteria accumulation. You can use an antibacterial wipe or a solution specifically designed for electronics. A local maid service may be able to help you with this task.
2.The Kitchen Sink – The kitchen sink often harbors more bacteria than the average toilet seat, as it cleans produce and items exposed to raw meat. This combined with moisture and stray bits of food can encourage the spread of germs. To help keep your sink clean be sure to scrub it after cleaning items that have been exposed to raw food. 5. Reusable Grocery Bags- As Californians we all make use of reusable grocery bags. They are great for the environment, though they can also be a breeding ground for bacteria. A study done by the American Chemistry council showed that on average only 3% of people wash there reusable bags. Wash them regularly and always after carrying raw meat, vegetables, or fruits.
